Well of COURSE they lied. You don’t think they’re actually going to voluntarily buy back a car after Dieselgate, do you? Hell no. They’re running it by their lawyers to find some way to insist the car isn’t a lemon no matter how bullshit their denial is. Then they’ll sit on it and refuse to call you in hopes that you’ll get annoyed and give up.

Mostly stock, it lacks the titanium exhaust, but that just means I’m not the asshole that messes with it.

They have since then. Just chatted with a guy who had his bought back because the sunroof rattled and wouldn’t stop. They’re on a quest to keep customers, from things I’ve read.
